Throw Food For Animals Tier List

148 animals ranked by income per second · egg multipliers explained · updated November 2026

How This Tier List Works

Every animal in Throw Food For Animals is ranked by one number: its base income per second. That's the stat that compounds into your cash flow, fills your pen slots, and decides how fast you can climb the 38-food ladder. We cross-checked the November 2026 tier data between two independent trackers (VacancyBee's November 2 update and Game.Guide's animal database at game version 1195) before ranking anything here — where sources disagreed, we noted it instead of picking a number.

Two structural rules matter more than any individual ranking. First, only ten animals earn at once — your plot holds ten earning slots, so your "best team" is literally your ten highest earners, and everything below them is inventory or sell bait. Second, egg and shop animals don't have fixed incomes at all — they multiply your best animal, which is why the Pumpkin Monster (x9) is the true ceiling for paying players even though its "income" on paper is a percentage, not a number.

The Depth Rule Most Tier Lists Skip

A tier list tells you what to want; depth tells you how to get it. Every biome in the game is divided into thirds by throw distance, and the spawn table changes by segment: the front third of a zone can only produce animals up to rank 4, the middle third up to rank 6, and only the back third reaches the zone's top rank. Practically, that means chasing the Waste Harvester with the best food in the game accomplishes nothing if your throws land mid-zone — the animal literally cannot spawn there. Distance-first, food-second is the correct hunt order for every rare in the game.

Mutations complicate the ranking in a healthy way. A Rainbow mutation multiplies income by 20 (community odds tracking puts it around 1 in 200 catches), and size variants stack on top — an INFINITE-size catch earns at least 7x its base. That's why the universal advice "sell everything below B-tier" has one exception: check the mutation and size tags first. A Rainbow INFINITE Crocodile from the Savanna can out-earn a plain S-tier catch, and the game displays the income difference right on the animal, so always compare the number on screen rather than the species name.

Reading the Income Scale (Dd? Qi? Sx?)

Incomes in this game leave familiar notation within the first hour: K (thousands), M (millions), B (billions), T (trillions), then Qa (quadrillion), Qi (quintillion), Sx (sextillion), Sp (septillion), Oc (octillion), No (nonillion), Dc (decillion), Dd (duodecillion), and beyond. The gap between tiers is astronomically larger than it looks — a Waste Harvester earning $410Dd/s makes more per frame than a Lion makes in a year. This is also why percentage-based shop animals are so dominant: 900% of a decillion-scale earner beats any fixed income the developers could print without breaking the economy.

FAQ

What is the best animal in Throw Food For Animals?
The Waste Harvester is the highest-earning catchable animal at approximately $410Dd (duodecillion) per second, found in the Nuclear Wasteland map added October 31, 2026. Among paid animals, the Pumpkin Monster (499 Robux) out-earns everything because it pays 900% of your best animal's income rather than a fixed amount — its value scales with whatever you've caught.
How are animals ranked on this tier list?
By base income per second, cross-checked between the VacancyBee November 2026 tier list and Game.Guide's animal database (game version 1195). Egg and shop animals sit in SS because they scale off your best animal instead of a fixed income. Tiers reflect earning power, not catch difficulty — a rare animal with weak income lands low.
How many animals are in Throw Food For Animals?
Launch guides documented 128 animals, and trackers updated in early November 2026 count roughly 148 after the Halloween Update and new maps added roster entries. The exact count shifts with each weekly update — what stays constant is the tier structure: deeper zones hold higher earners, and only the back third of each biome drops the top rank.
What do SS-tier animals actually earn?
They earn a multiplier of your best animal: Pumpkin Monster x9, Reaper x5, Reaper Steed and Giant Squid x3, Demon x2, Skeleton Horse and Woolly Mammoth x1.5, Skeleton x1. That's why they beat every fixed-income animal for paying players — but on a fresh account with weak animals, x1.5 of almost nothing is still almost nothing.
Should I sell my C, D, E and F tier animals?
Yes, once you can fill all 10 plot slots with B-tier or better. Only ten animals earn at once — the rest sit in inventory doing nothing. Exceptions: keep any animal with a high mutation or unusual size, since a Rainbow (x20) or INFINITE-size catch can out-earn a plain animal from a deeper zone. Selling pays roughly 20x the animal's income per second.
Why can't I catch top-rank animals even with the right food?
Because each biome is split into thirds by throw depth. The front third of a zone only spawns animals up to rank 4, the middle third up to rank 6, and only the back third reaches the zone's top rank. If your best catches keep coming back mediocre, the fix is more Throw Power to land deeper — not better food.
